Mun-gyeong is a mountain surrounded small city on the north border of Gyeongsang Bugdo, next to Chungcheong Bugdo. It was along one of the then 2 routes that connected Busan to Seoul in early times and later became a coal center. Today, the main industry is tourism given its natural beauty and history. These photos were taken during the height of spring blossoms on April 15~16, 2006. Featured is Bong-am Temple, a secluded Zen Buddhist temple.
